What a session is

One hour, online, just the two of us. You can lie down, close your eyes, and do nothing at all, which is genuinely most women's favourite part.

It might be Reiki energy healing. It might be coaching, and that includes the mindset work, the beliefs underneath the pattern, the story you keep ending up inside. Often it's a mix of both. I don't work from a protocol. I read what's actually there on the day and go where it's needed, and if you book more than one session we'll shape them around what's moving.

I'm a Reiki energy healer and a certified hypnosis and quantum coaching practitioner. What comes through is specific to you. Messages, sensations, images, sometimes a single word that means nothing to me and everything to you.

What we clear sits at the cellular and ancestral level, down the maternal line and separately down the paternal one, which most ancestral work never touches.

Why me
