These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between Paulina Toktas ("I", "me", "my") and you, the client ("you", "your"). They exist to protect both of us, to create clarity before we work together, and to ensure you know exactly what you're agreeing to.

By purchasing, booking, or engaging in any service offered through www.paulinatoktascoaching.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase or booking.

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use of my services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Services Offered

I offer intuitive, transformational, and spiritual services. These currently include, but are not limited to:

• Morning Pages, a free weekly email transmission available to subscribers
• Mirror Reading, a single 45-minute intuitive session
• Be Seen By, a nine-day experience including one 1:1 session, self-enrolled on a rolling basis
• Roots of Remembering , a five-week live group programme
• The Shift, individual sessions (traditional coaching, energy healing, or a combination), purchased singly or in multiples at your discretion

All services are designed to support personal growth, energetic awareness, and transformation. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. For matters relating to any of those areas, please consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.

Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in any paid service. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Personal Responsibility: Your results are shaped by many factors, including your own participation, openness, consistency, and circumstances beyond either of our control. Because every individual is different, I do not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results.

No Guarantees: All guidance, intuitive impressions, energetic support, and coaching are offered in good faith. No specific results are promised or guaranteed.

 

1A. Spiritual and Intuitive Guidance Disclaimer

All spiritual, intuitive, energetic, and coaching guidance offered through my services is for personal development, self-awareness, and reflection only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and should not be treated as such.

I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. I do not diagnose, treat, or offer services that fall under any regulated healthcare or professional field.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes at all times. If anything arises during or after our work together that relates to your physical, mental, emotional, or financial wellbeing, you agree to seek appropriate support from a qualified professional.

Hypnosis: The hypnosis activation recordings and any hypnosis elements offered within my programmes are intended solely for relaxation, personal development, and self-exploration. They are not clinical hypnotherapy and are not a treatment for any medical or psychological condition.

Reiki: Reiki energy healing is offered as a complementary spiritual practice to support relaxation, self-awareness, and personal development. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Important health notice: If you are currently under the care of a medical or psychiatric professional, or have a history of psychosis or severe mental illness, please consult your doctor before participating in hypnosis or energy healing sessions. By booking or enrolling, you confirm that you have either done so or that this notice does not apply to your current circumstances.

 

2. Session Structure & Time Frames

Morning Pages

A free weekly email transmission delivered to subscribers. No purchase is required. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Mirror Reading

A single 45-minute intuitive session. Your session must be booked and completed within 30 days of purchase. Sessions not redeemed within this 30-day period are forfeited and are not refundable, transferable, or extendable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Be Seen By, Nine-Day Experience

Upon enrollment, you have nine days to book and complete your included 1:1 session. The session must take place within this nine-day window. Sessions not booked and completed within this period are forfeited. No extensions are offered unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Roots of Remembering, Five-Week Live Group Programme

Your enrolment includes:

• Three hypnosis activation recordings, delivered progressively throughout the programme (Weeks 1, 3, and 5)
• Two personalised 1:1 Reiki energy healing sessions (approximately 60 minutes each)
• Ongoing Telegram support throughout the five-week programme

The programme follows a structured five-week schedule beginning on the advertised start date. You are responsible for booking both Reiki sessions during their designated programme weeks. Any Reiki session not booked and completed within its allocated week may be considered forfeited unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Telegram support concludes at the end of the five-week programme. You retain access to the hypnosis activation recordings and any other purchased digital materials for the access period stated at the time of purchase. Live facilitation and support do not extend beyond the programme end date.

The Shift, Individual Sessions

The Shift consists of individual sessions priced at €111 per session. Sessions may be of a traditional coaching nature, an energy healing nature, or a combination of both, agreed between us at the time of booking. You are welcome to purchase one session or multiple sessions according to your own needs and timing. There is no fixed container or minimum commitment.

Each session must be booked and used within six months of purchase. Sessions not used within this period are forfeited.

General

Services are considered complete when either the purchased sessions have been used or the applicable timeframe has expired, whichever occurs first. Unused sessions are not refundable, transferable, or extendable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

 

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Kajabi Payments.

Roots of Remembering is priced at €525, with an option to pay in two instalments of €262.50. All other services are priced as stated on the relevant sales or booking page at the time of purchase.

Payment plans: Where a payment plan is offered, selecting it constitutes a legally binding agreement to pay the total programme fee in full across the scheduled instalments. A payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled partway through. Your obligation to complete all payments remains in place regardless of whether you choose to participate in the programme.

Failed or missed payments: If a payment is missed or declined, access to sessions and services may be paused immediately. No sessions will be delivered until the outstanding payment is resolved. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable notice, the full remaining balance becomes due immediately and access to the programme may be terminated.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting me to seek resolution will result in the immediate suspension of access to all services until the matter is resolved. I reserve the right to pursue recovery of the full outstanding amount.

Voluntary non-participation: Choosing not to attend or engage with any live session, group activity, or programme element does not alter your payment obligations and does not entitle you to a refund.

Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the nature of these services, which include digital materials, energetic and intuitive work, and time-allocated 1:1 sessions, no refunds are offered once a purchase has been made. If you have a concern, please contact me at paulina.toktas@gmail.com and I will do my best to find a fair resolution.

Please note: as a consumer based in the EU, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. These Terms do not seek to exclude any rights you hold under mandatory applicable law.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client-initiated rescheduling: Please give a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a session. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited and will not be replaced or refunded.

My rescheduling: If unforeseen circumstances arise on my end, I will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative time. In the event that I am genuinely unable to deliver a session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, I will make every reasonable effort to reschedule. I am not liable for delays or rescheduling caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control.

Roots of Remembering, Reiki sessions: You are responsible for booking your two Reiki sessions during the designated programme weeks. Rescheduling requests require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice, or not booked within the allocated weeks, may be forfeited unless we agree otherwise in writing.

 

5. Confidentiality

Everything you share with me during sessions, readings, or within any programme container is held in confidence. I will not share your personal information or the content of our work together with any third party, except where I am required to do so by law, or where there is a genuine risk of harm to you or others.

You also agree to keep confidential any personal or sensitive information shared with you during our sessions or within any group container.

Roots of Remembering group confidentiality: All participants are expected to respect the privacy of fellow participants. What is shared inside the Telegram group stays inside the Telegram group. While I hold this standard firmly, I cannot guarantee the behaviour of other participants. By enrolling, you agree to uphold this standard yourself and acknowledge this limitation.

 

6. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

I am committed to handling your personal data with care and in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Maltese data protection law.

What I collect: I collect personal information necessary to deliver my services, including your name, email address, and details you share during sessions or at the point of purchase.

Session recordings: Where a session is recorded (for example, Mirror Reading), the recording is made for your benefit and is shared with you following the session. By booking, you consent to the session being recorded. Recordings are stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the service, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion of your recording at any time.

Lawful basis: I process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (to deliver the services you have purchased) and, where applicable, legitimate interest.

How long I keep your data: I retain your data for as long as is necessary to deliver the agreed services and to meet any legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Your rights: Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Malta's supervisory authority, if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

Third parties: I do not sell or rent your personal data. I may share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in delivering my services, including payment processors and scheduling tools. These providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content created and delivered as part of my services, including but not limited to session recordings (where applicable), written materials, worksheets, frameworks, methods, videos, hypnosis activation recordings, Morning Pages transmissions, and any channelled or intuitive guidance, is the sole intellectual property of Paulina Toktas.

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own private development only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, teach, publish, resell, or make commercial use of any content without my explicit written permission.

Morning Pages: All Morning Pages email transmissions are for personal use only. They may not be copied, republished, quoted publicly, or distributed in any form without written permission.

Mirror Reading: Session recordings are provided to you for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, republished, quoted publicly, or distributed in any form without my written permission.

Be Seen By: All Be Seen By materials, including emails, transmissions, and any gated content, are for personal use only. Access is non-transferable and may not be shared or distributed in any form.

Roots of Remembering: The hypnosis activation recordings are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, republished, or distributed in any form without written permission.

 

8. Services Overview & Pricing

For reference, my current services and their pricing are as follows:

• Mirror Reading, €57, a single 45-minute intuitive session. Must be booked within 30 days of purchase. Sessions not redeemed within this period are forfeited.
• Be Seen By, €255, a nine-day experience including one 1:1 session to be booked and completed within the nine-day window.
• Roots of Remembering, €525 (or two instalments of €262.50), a five-week live group programme.
• The Shift, €111 per session, available as individual sessions of your choosing, traditional coaching, energy healing, or a combination.
• Morning Pages, free weekly email transmission, no purchase required.

Prices are stated in euros and are correct at the time of publication. I reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price confirmed at the time of your transaction.

9. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in any of my services, you agree to:

• Show up on time, prepared, and committed to the process
• Take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes
• Be honest and transparent during sessions
• Apply any guidance at your own discretion
• Book your Reiki sessions during the designated weeks for Roots of Remembering
• Participate respectfully within the Telegram community for Roots of Remembering

9A. Group Participation

Participants in Roots of Remembering agree to contribute respectfully to the group environment. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or repeated disruption may result in removal from the programme without refund. I reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety, integrity, or wellbeing of the group.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or use of my services. You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes during and after any session or programme.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Maltese or EU consumer law.

 

10. Cookies & Website Data

My website at www.paulinatoktascoaching.com may use cookies to improve your browsing experience, track preferences, and analyse site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function as intended as a result.

I do not sell or rent your personal information. Data shared with third-party service providers is handled in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms and my Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or my services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

As a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable EU law.

12. Changes to Terms

I may update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of my services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
