Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Paulina Toktas (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the client (“you” or “your”). By purchasing, booking, or engaging in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Coaching & Spiritual Services

We offer intuitive, transformational and spiritual services, including coaching, hypnosis, Reiki energy healing and intuitive guidance, including but not limited to:

• Mirror Reading
• "Be Seen By" – Nine-Day Experience
• "Roots of Remembering" – Five-Week Live Group Program

• "The Shift" – 6-Month 1:1 

These services are designed for personal growth, energetic insight, alignment, and transformation. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult appropriate licensed professionals for those matters.

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to participate. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Personal Responsibility: Results are influenced by many factors, including your participation, consistency, openness to the process and circumstances outside our control. Because every individual is different, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, timelines or transformation results.

No Guarantees: All guidance, intuitive messages, and coaching support are delivered in good faith. However, individual results vary, and you agree that no specific results are promised or guaranteed.

1A. Spiritual and Intuitive Guidance Disclaimer

All spiritual, intuitive, energetic, and coaching guidance offered through our services is for personal development, clarity, and self-awareness. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide services that fall under regulated professional fields.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. If anything arises during sessions that relates to your physical, mental, emotional, or financial wellbeing, you agree to seek support from an appropriate qualified professional.

2. Session Structure & Time Frames

Mirror Reading:

• A single 45-minute session.
• Must be booked within 30 days of purchase.
• Expires after 30 days if not redeemed.

"Be Seen By":

• Includes the number of sessions, calls, or touch-points indicated on the sales page at the time of purchase.
• All components must be used within the defined timeline stated at checkout.
• Unused session after the expiration date are forfeited.

"Roots of Remembering":

• three hypnosis activation recordings
• two personalised 1:1 Reiki energy healing sessions (approximately 60 minutes each)
• ongoing Telegram support throughout the five-week program

The program follows a structured five-week schedule beginning on the advertised start date. Participants are responsible for booking both Reiki energy healing sessions during the designated program weeks. Any Reiki session not booked and completed during its allocated week may be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed. Telegram support concludes when the five-week program ends. Participants retain access to purchased digital materials according to the access period stated at the time of purchase, however live support concludes at the end of the five-week program. Hypnosis activations and digital materials remain available according to the access period stated at purchase.

"The Shift" - 6 months 1:1 container:

• Includes the number of sessions, calls, or touch-points indicated on the sales page at the time of purchase.
• Begins on the date of your first session or onboarding call.
• All sessions must be redeemed within the 6-month period.
• Sessions do not roll over; unused sessions are forfeited after the container ends.

Completion of Services:

Services are complete when either:

1. The total purchased sessions have been used, or
2. The allotted time frame has expired, whichever occurs first.

Unused sessions are not refundable, transferable, or extendable.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Kajabi Payments.

Payment Options:  
Depending on the offer, you may have the option to:

• Pay in full
• Use a payment plan

When selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of whether you complete or participate in the program. Payment plans are not subscription-style; they are a commitment to the total program fee.

Failed or Missed Payments: 

If a payment is missed or declined:

• Access to sessions and services may be paused immediately.
• No sessions will be delivered until payment issues are resolved.
• Persistent non-payment may result in termination of access.

Chargebacks or disputes through Kajabi Payments result in the immediate cessation of services until resolved.

Participation in live sessions or group activities inside "Roots of Remembering" group program is voluntary. Choosing not to participate does not change your payment obligations or entitle you to a refund.

Refunds: All sales are final. Because services include digital, energetic, and time-based components, no refunds are offered.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client-Initiated Rescheduling:

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
• Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.

Coach-Initiated Rescheduling: If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your session.

Reiki Sessions for "Roots of Remembering":
Participants are responsible for booking their Reiki energy healing sessions during the designated program weeks. Rescheduling requests require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information and details shared during coaching or readings are kept confidential, except:

• When disclosure is required by law
• When there is risk of harm to yourself or others

You also agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any private or sensitive information shared within our sessions or containers.

While all participants inside "Roots of Remembering" are expected to maintain confidentiality within the Telegram group, we cannot guarantee the actions of other participants. By joining the program, you agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect necessary personal information to deliver services. This may include your name, email address, and details you share during sessions. You may request:

• Access to your personal data
• Updates or corrections
• Deletion of your information, where legally allowed

7. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content provided, including channeled guidance, session recordings (if applicable), written material, worksheets, frameworks, methods, videos, site content, and "Morning Pages" transmissions, hypnosis activation recordings is the sole intellectual property of Paulina Toktas.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own development. You may not:

• Share
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Teach
• Publish
• or commercially use

any of the content without explicit written permission.

Morning Pages Content  
All "Morning Pages" emails and transmissions are for personal use only. They may not be copied, republished, quoted publicly, or distributed in any form without written permission.

"Be Seen By" Content  

All "Be Seen By" emails and transmissions, rituals and gated meditation on Youtube are for personal use only. They may not be copied, republished, quoted publicly, share access or distributed in any form without written permission.

"Roots of Remembering" Hypnosis Activations

All "Roots of Remembering" hypnosis activations are for personal use only. They may not be copied, republished, quoted publicly, or distributed in any form without written permission.

8. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in services, you agree to:

• Show up on time, prepared, and committed
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
• Be honest and transparent in sessions
• Implement guidance at your own discretion
• Book Reiki sessions during the designated weeks for "Roots of Remembering"
• Maintain respectful participation within the Telegram community for "Roots of Remembering" 

8A. Group Participation

Participants agree to contribute respectfully to the group environment.  Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour or repeated disruption may result in removal from the program without refund. The facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety or wellbeing of the group.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes during or after participation in any of our services or programs.
• Reiki energy healing is offered as a complementary spiritual practice intended to support relaxation, self-awareness and personal development. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

By participating, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of services.

10. Cookies & Data Usage

Our website may use cookies to:

• Improve user experience
• Track preferences
• Analyze site usage

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, though we may share data with service providers assisting in delivering our services (e.g., payment processors, scheduling tools).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be handled exclusively under the jurisdiction of Maltese courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
