That bracing was never a thinking problem, which is why understanding it has never been enough to move it.
First we see it. Tarot and channeled guidance to name the pattern out loud, which is often the first time it's been said plainly rather than circled around.
Then we move it in the body. Reiki energy healing, because a pattern you can name and still can't stop running was never living in your thinking. It's in your body and your field, and most of it arrived through your paternal and maternal lines before you were old enough to agree to it.
The mind comes last. Hypnosis to change what your subconscious learned to expect, once the body has actually let go of the old expectation. Mindset work done in this order finally sticks, which is why most of it hasn't.
I work intuitively rather than to a script, so what surfaces in a session is specific to you.

For most of my life I followed the path that looked right from the outside. I knew how to achieve and I knew how to adapt, and I was very good at becoming whoever the room needed me to be. From the outside I looked confident. Inside, I had lost the thread back to my own voice, and there was a quieter question underneath everything asking who I was beneath all of it.
Moving to Malta is where that question finally got answered, though not in the way I expected. Being somewhere nobody knew the older versions of me meant I couldn't navigate life the way I always had, and what surfaced in that gap was not a lack of self-understanding. I understood myself perfectly well. My body was still bracing.
That's the part that changed how I work. The patterns we carry live in the body and the energy field, and a great many of them were handed to us through our paternal and maternal lines long before we were old enough to agree to them. You can see a pattern clearly and name it out loud and watch it run anyway, which is maddening, and also not a personal failure.
So I work at that level. Reiki to move what the body has been holding, hypnosis to change what the subconscious learned to expect. I work intuitively rather than to a script, guided by what comes through in the session itself, which means what emerges is specific to the woman in front of me.
The women who come to me have usually already done a lot. They've built businesses, left the wrong things, sat with the hard truths. What they haven't been able to do is exhale and enjoy any of it. That's the work I do now.
